Weekly Rates for Summer 2008:

28th June until 19th July 2008, £300 per week;

19th July until 30th August 2008, £495 per week;

30th August until 4th October 2008, £300 per week;

4th October until 11th October 2008, £250 per week.

Prices include bed linen, five Euros worth of phone calls and fuel but please bring your own beach towels. There are no extra or hidden charges. We ask that tenants leave the house as they would wish to find it but if you have an early start (or simply don't like cleaning whilst on holiday!) a cleaning service is available for 20 Euros.

Holiday makers are invited to arrive from 5 pm onwards on the first day of the rental period and are asked to vacate by 10 am on the last day to allow the beds to be changed etc. Holidays run Saturday to Saturday. Internet access is available to those travelling with lap top computers, please ask for details.

Off Season Lets in 2009

The house will be available from 28th February 2009 for off-season rentals. We prefer visits of three months or more on such terms and have a sliding scale of rental charges:

One or two months, £550 p/m;

Three months to six months, £500 p/m;

Six to ten months, £450 p/m.

July and August are currently available in 2009, price to be negotiated if taken as part of a longer term let.

For those staying longer than a month we offer a 5% discount for paying in Euros and in advance rather than monthly. Please note that for longer lets utility bills are payable by the tenant.
